Quality & verification

Verifiable, not just trustworthy

Buying outside the franchised channel, the first question is always authenticity. This page states what we can prove and what we cannot — including the certifications we do not hold.

  • Our own warehouses — mainly Hong Kong, plus Shenzhen
  • Hong Kong lots: inspect in person or via SGS / BV
  • Sold as-is — the rules are stated up front

We are not an authorised distributor

We have never claimed to be. Our stock comes from cancelled projects, plant closures, distributor clear-outs and end-of-life inventory, and every lot states which. If you need franchised-channel traceability, we are not the right source — we will tell you so directly.

Certifications we do not hold

No AS6081. No ERAI membership. No in-house test lab. We say so here because we would rather tell you than have you find out. We make up for it with terms you can verify.

What we can provide

Date codes line by line, our own photographs of factory labels, a warehouse walk-through video, co-operation with third-party inspection before payment, written return terms, and a trading record you can check — we never delete a cleared lot.

From arrival to listing: five steps, every lot

StepWhat we doWhat that leaves you able to check
01Open and spot-check on arrivalOuter and inner packaging condition recorded, with the sampling ratio
02Count every line and grade itLine list: part number, brand, quantity, condition, packaging, date code
03Photograph it8–30 of our own photographs including close-ups of factory labels and lot codes, plus a walk-through video
04State the sourceCancelled project, plant closure, distributor clear-out or end-of-life — one of four
05PublishLots below the imagery bar — under 8 photos or no video — show “imagery in progress” and stay out of the public list

What you can check before paying

  • Inspect in person at the warehouse holding the lot, by appointment
  • Send your own agent or forwarder to inspect
  • Commission SGS, BV, TÜV or similar to open and function-test — you pay their fee, we arrange access at no charge
  • Ask for extra close-up photos or video of a specific part number
  • Request samples for destructive testing — quantity and terms by agreement

Visiting rules are on the Warehouses page; company background is under About us.

Returns and discrepancies

Lots are sold as-is and are not normally returnable — which is exactly why we insist you inspect before paying.

These three are the exceptions. Raise them within 14 days of receipt and we refund in full or replace:

  1. Quantity received is short of the packing list by more than 1%
  2. Part numbers do not match the packing list
  3. Condition is materially below the grade we stated

Full wording under Trading terms.

Condition grades

Most surplus disputes come from two sides meaning different things by the same word. These are the only grades we use — on lot pages, line lists and stock lists alike.

We do not answer counterfeit concerns with “trust us”. We answer them with things you can check. If you also need to verify the company itself — business licence, registration details, Entity List self-check —just ask us and we will answer point by point.
