What to expect
Appointment preferred
Tell us a day ahead so the lot is staged and someone is free to walk you through it.
Bring ID
Photo ID for everyone entering. Agents should bring a written authorisation from you.
Opening cartons
We open cartons for you. Please do not break shrink wrap or dig through pallets yourself — that is how a lot gets damaged for the next buyer.
Photography allowed
Photograph anything you like. We have nothing to hide about our own stock.
Third-party inspection
SGS, BV or your own inspector are welcome. Book directly with them; we coordinate access at no charge.
Samples
Sample units can be purchased. We do not give away free samples — a lot gets picked apart that way.
Shenzhen warehouse
Besides Hong Kong, we run our own warehouse in Shenzhen, where some lots physically sit. Which warehouse holds which lot is shown as a column on the stock list and a line on every lot page, and you can filter the list by warehouse.
For lots in the Shenzhen warehouse, inspection and shipping are arranged case by case — it sits inside mainland China, so warehouse access and visits by non-residents need to be arranged separately. If a Shenzhen lot interests you, contact us first: we will set out what is workable and how long it takes before we talk price.
