DRAM / DDR
We have handled 0 dram / ddr part numbers, 0 of them in stock right now. This page lists all of them — including the ones we do not currently hold.
Read the part number before you talk price
DRAM part numbers are highly structured — density, width and speed grade are all encoded. Read them right and you will not buy wrong.
Density × width decides the use case
MT41K256M16 = 256M×16 = a 4Gb x16 part — the mainstream organisation for embedded designs; x8 parts are what DIMMs use. x8 and x16 are not interchangeable — check your channel design first.
Speed grades bin down, prices do not
A -107 (DDR3-1866) part runs fine at 1600; the reverse does not. Buyers routinely overpay for speed they cannot use — match the grade to your actual clock.
DDR3 vs DDR3L compatibility is one-way
DDR3L (1.35V) parts generally also run at 1.5V; standard DDR3 is not guaranteed at 1.35V. Confirm your rail before mixing.
EOL is the whole point of this category
Mainstream DDR3 is being end-of-lifed; active substitutes are shrinking. Maintenance and long-lifecycle products are exactly who this stock is for. Sold as full unopened reels, date codes verifiable.
Cross-reference by brand
Equivalents by brand at the same rating. Green = we have handled it and the cell links through. This is not a drop-in guarantee — use it to narrow the search.

Common questions
Do you handle pulled DIMMs?
Components are new full reels only. Complete DIMMs live in the server-memory category, where pulled-tested stock exists and every stick has been through MemTest.
Are old date codes usable?
DRAM stored in sealed MSL bags keeps fine; follow MSL handling before reflow. We state date codes as they are and price them accordingly — old codes are exactly why the price is good.
Are you an authorised distributor for these brands?
No, and we have never claimed to be. Stock comes from cancelled projects, plant closures and distributor clear-outs, and every lot says which. See Quality & verification.
